Effective from: 1st July 2025

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions are intended to ensure that customers clearly understand the policies of GARG INTERNATIONAL regarding payment, custom orders, returns, cancellations, shipping, and liability prior to purchasing any product.

Payment

• Our standard payment terms are 70% advance at the time of order confirmation and 30% before dispatch.
• We accept wire transfers only. All bank or wire transfer charges must be borne by the customer.
• Orders will not proceed to production or dispatch until the respective payment installment has been received and confirmed.

Returns

• Returns are not accepted without prior written approval from GARG INTERNATIONAL.
• Approved returns must be initiated within 8 days of receipt of goods.
• Defective or misshaped merchandise will be replaced.
• A 20% restocking fee applies to any returned item that is not defective or misshaped.
• Returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• All warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Customers must coordinate with GARG INTERNATIONAL before initiating any warranty return.
• Custom orders, or items that are worn, used, dirty, altered, or damaged by the customer are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances once an order has been confirmed.

Shipping & Transit

• Shipping charges will be communicated in advance and are based on the customer’s location.
• Products are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility.
• The client is solely responsible for arranging transit insurance.
• GARG INTERNATIONAL is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay during transit. Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and file claims directly with the carrier or insurance provider.

Price

• Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in manufacturing, material, and freight costs.
• Orders are billed at the prevailing price on the date of order confirmation.
• Typographical errors or pricing inaccuracies will not be honored.

Warranty

All products by GARG INTERNATIONAL are warranted against manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not apply to damages arising from misuse, poor maintenance, weather exposure, or improper handling.

Force Majeure

GARG INTERNATIONAL shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, transport disruption, or government actions. In such cases, delivery timelines may be extended without liability.
