Our tents are meticulously designed for efficient assembly and long-term performance, and we ensure that each setup reflects our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

On-Site Supervision by GargTent Engineers

To guarantee proper assembly and technical accuracy, we will send one or two of our experienced engineers or supervisors to your site. They will oversee the installation process, guide local teams, and ensure the structure is installed to specification.

For larger or more complex installations, we may deploy a complete installation crew from our factory.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and timely installation, the client is required to provide the following at the site:

• Local Labour: Adequate unskilled and semi-skilled labour for offloading, assembling, and material handling


• Electricity Supply: Continuous and stable power connection (single or three-phase as advised) for tools and machines


• Hydra Crane / Lifting Equipment: For handling steel frames, panels, and heavy components


• Water Supply: For cleaning and basic construction requirements


• Site Access: Clear access for vehicles, cranes, and crew


• Accommodation & Meals: If GargTent sends a full installation team, suitable accommodation and meals for crew members and engineers are to be arranged by the client


• Insurance & Site Safety: The client shall be responsible for:
  • Site safety and local regulations compliance
  • Ensuring insurance coverage for any damage, theft, or accident during installation
  • Security of materials stored at site


• Material Handling Equipment: Any forklifts, trolleys, or ladders as required on-site


• Base/Foundation: The site must be pre-leveled with a plinth or base ready as per approved layout

Installation Charges

Installation supervision and crew charges (if applicable) will be shared at the time of final order confirmation. Charges will vary based on:

• Number of tents or structures
• Site location and accessibility
• Installation timeline
• Crew size and duration required

Travel, accommodation, and daily expenses for our team (if not arranged by the client) will be added to the final billing as applicable.
