The Savannah offers a straightforward rectangular layout for resorts that want comfortable guest accommodation and efficient space planning. Its 15′ × 23′ carpet area totals 345 ft², with a 15′ × 17′ room and a separate 15′ × 6′ bathroom. The layout gives you a clear starting point for arranging beds, storage, and ensuite facilities.
The pitched canvas roof and roll-up openings suit relaxed woodland and outdoor resort settings. A two-layer roof, robust mild-steel frame, and zippered roll-up doors and windows provide practical access and ventilation. High-quality fabrics, together with customisable layouts, colours, and finishes, allow the tent to fit your site and budget.
Installation: Use a level, securely anchored plinth or raised platform. Plan drainage, bathroom services, electrical connections, and any heating or cooling with local contractors before installation.
Material Specifications
Rain Fly (Top Roof Layer) -
Manufactured using specially selected materials, the tensile membrane fabric comply with the highest standards with respect to UV, fungal and fire resistance, 580g/m², flame retardant to AS 1530 part 2, AS 1530 part 3, ASTM E 84 Class A, California T 19, 06.84 (UNI 9177): CL 1, NEPA 701 Test 2, NFP 92507: M2.
The acrylic coating on both sides is the perfect finishing touch, ensuring good resistance to dirt and easy cleaning, as well as durability.
Second layer (Bottom Roof Layer) -
510 g/m² ± 10 poly-cotton rip stop marquee canvas, water-resistance in accordance with BS 3408:1992, and anti-fungus in accordance with ISO 11721-1:2001, specially manufactured to resist the sometimes-inclement like the terrible weather.
Sidewalls -

Mosquito Netting -
The Mosquito Netting is a fine 120 g/m² ± 10 mesh with 50% shading. It is treated to be both anti-rot and UV resistant, ensuring ventilation while keeping insects out.
Frame (Structure) -
The framework consists of highly grade mild steel pipes with a combination of diameters of 38 mm and 50 mm, and a wall thickness of 1.2 mm. This provides excellent resistance to corrosion in a variety of outdoor environments.
Accessories -
Included Accessories are square tubing (for wall anchoring), tensioning straps and springs, standard zip-up screened windows with storm flaps, quality wooden slider guy ropes, zinc electro-galvanised steel pegs, curtain rods, and other necessary hardware for complete setup.
Wooden Decking (Optional) -
For a sturdy foundation without a concrete plinth, imported thermo wooden decking with a C/Z purlin base offers a durable and weather-resistant alternative. This setup ensures stability while maintaining a premium natural aesthetic.
All infrastructures (plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling etc.) have to be done locally working with local contractors on site. All the tents have an open layout- meaning you are able to designate any part of the tent as a bathroom or as per your requirements. The reason for this is to enable each and every tent to be completely customizable.
