While we can’t guarantee sightings of elephants or the call of a wild peacock at sunrise, we do promise your guests will enjoy unmatched comfort — complete with a generous veranda to soak in panoramic views.

Designed with extra space and elegance, the Topaz+ offers a carpet area of 595 sq. ft. (17’ x 35’), a built-up area of 26’6” x 46’6”, and a super built-up area of 32’6” x 52’6”. The intelligent layout includes a bedroom (16’6” x 18’), a bathroom (16’6” x 8’), and a lounge (16’6” x 8’), making it ideal for extended luxury stays. Structural highlights feature 8’ high sidewalls, wide 7’ door and window heights, and a projection area of 28’6” x 48’6”, ensuring an airy, spacious feel throughout.

Manufactured using specially selected materials, the tensile membrane fabric comply with the highest standards with respect to UV, fungal and fire resistance, 580g/m², flame retardant to AS 1530 part 2, AS 1530 part 3, ASTM E 84 Class A, California T 19, 06.84 (UNI 9177): CL 1, NEPA 701 Test 2, NFP 92507: M2.

The structure features a sturdy 72mm x 72mm mild steel frame with a 2.0mm wall thickness and 3-inch diameter inclined polished wooden poles for added stability. While the steel provides strength, it has low rust resistance. Designed for convenience, the setup requires no tools.
