The Topaz is inspired by an Ultra Indian Luxury Tent with a robust MS frame and puff panel walls. Whilst we can’t promise your guests herds of wildebeest or the occasional passing lion, we do promise they’ll have a comfortable stay, with a spacious veranda to take in the views.

Designed for space and comfort, the Topaz offers a carpet area of 16'6" x 30'7", a built-up area of 26'6" x 42'6", and a super built-up area of 32'6" x 48'6". The room area measures 20'3" x 16'6", accompanied by a bathroom of 10'4" x 16'6". Structural highlights include 8' high sidewalls, an inner roof height of 12'3", and a soaring apex of 14'6" with a super apex reaching 15'6". The projection area spans 28'6" x 44'6", while standard door and window heights are 7', ensuring excellent proportions and airiness throughout.

The Topaz provides your guests all the comfort they need and is the ultimate luxurious glamping experience. This model is proudly set up at Sher Bagh by Suján, one of India’s most iconic luxury jungle lodges, as well as at the serene Sangam Farms in Bhilwara.

It includes high-performance tensile membranes, inner lining, puff panel walls with fabric cladding, elegant drapes, a sturdy steel frame, guy ropes, and complete setup instructions.

Manufactured using specially selected materials, the tensile membrane fabric comply with the highest standards with respect to UV, fungal and fire resistance, 580g/m², flame retardant to AS 1530 part 2, AS 1530 part 3, ASTM E 84 Class A, California T 19, 06.84 (UNI 9177): CL 1, NEPA 701 Test 2, NFP 92507: M2.

The acrylic coating on both sides is the perfect finishing touch, ensuring good resistance to dirt and easy cleaning, as well as durability.

Trevira CS 200 g/m² ± 10, 100% polyester inherently fire retardant complies to BS 7837:1996, BS 5867 part 2 type B, CPAI 84:1995 Sec 6 and NFPA 701.

Sandwich/ Puff panel walls, 50mm thickness, insulation- rigid CFC free close cell polyurethane foam, flame resistance <125mm, conforms to class-1 surface spread of flame as per BS: 476 part-7.

350 g/m² ± 10 poly-cotton rip stop marquee canvas, water-resistance in accordance with BS 3408:1992, and anti-fungus in accordance with ISO 11721-1:2001, specially manufactured to resist the sometimes-inclement like the terrible weather.

UPVC or Alumunium sliding doors and fixed windows with 6mm toughened glass.

The structure features a sturdy 72mm x 72mm mild steel frame with a 2.0mm wall thickness and 3-inch diameter inclined polished wooden poles for added stability. While the steel provides strength, it has low rust resistance. Designed for convenience, the setup requires no tools.

Inclined 75mm diameter polished wooden poles with 304 grade stainless steel hardware, 8mm tensioning stainless steel wire, MS lines and curtain fixing channels.
