Designed for elegance and proportion, the tent spans a carpet area of 39'8" × 39'8" (1,577 sq. ft.), a built-up footprint of 43'4" × 43'4" (1,880 sq. ft.), and a super built-up span of 49'4" × 49'4" (2,438 sq. ft.). Its projection of 45'4" × 45'4" enhances the connection with the outdoors, extending the living space into nature.

Inside, the thoughtful layout includes a bedroom of 12' × 10'4", a bathroom of 12' × 10'4", and a spacious shared lounge of 19' × 19' for gatherings. A dedicated gaming or recreational area of 12' × 10'4" further elevates its versatility, making it ideal for family retreats or boutique resort experiences. Manufactured using specially selected materials, the tensile membrane fabric comply with the highest standards with respect to UV, fungal and fire resistance, 580g/m², flame retardant to AS 1530 part 2, AS 1530 part 3, ASTM E 84 Class A, California T 19, 06.84 (UNI 9177): CL 1, NEPA 701 Test 2, NFP 92507: M2.

The structure features a sturdy 72mm x 72mm mild steel frame with a 2.0mm wall thickness and 3-inch diameter inclined polished wooden poles for added stability. While the steel provides strength, it has low rust resistance. Designed for convenience, the setup requires no tools.

Inclined 75mm diameter polished wooden poles with 304 grade stainless steel hardware, 8mm tensioning stainless steel wire, MS lines and curtain fixing channels.
