The Eureka offers a carpet area of 39'8" × 28'11" (1,146 sq. ft.), a semi built-up area of 41'4" × 32'6" (1,344 sq. ft.), and a built-up area of 32'6" × 43'4" (1,409 sq. ft.). The projection measures 45'4" × 34'6" (1,564 sq. ft.), while the super built-up area extends to 49'4" × 38'6" (1,899 sq. ft.), ensuring both scale and functionality. Inside, the plan features a bedroom of 12' × 10'4" (124 sq. ft.), a bathroom of 12' × 10'4" (124 sq. ft.), and a spacious shared lounge of 19' × 18'7" (353 sq. ft.)—ideal for relaxation, gatherings, or family stays.

Manufactured using specially selected materials, the tensile membrane fabric comply with the highest standards with respect to UV, fungal and fire resistance, 580g/m², flame retardant to AS 1530 part 2, AS 1530 part 3, ASTM E 84 Class A, California T 19, 06.84 (UNI 9177): CL 1, NEPA 701 Test 2, NFP 92507: M2.

The acrylic coating on both sides is the perfect finishing touch, ensuring good resistance to dirt and easy cleaning, as well as durability.

The structure features a sturdy 72mm x 72mm mild steel frame with a 2.0mm wall thickness and 3-inch diameter inclined polished wooden poles for added stability. While the steel provides strength, it has low rust resistance. Designed for convenience, the setup requires no tools.
