The projection measures 56' × 46' (2,576 sq. ft.), while the super built-up area extends to 60' × 50' (3,000 sq. ft.), giving the venue presence and circulation space for guests and service.

For guest convenience, a washroom of 9'9" × 7'9" (76 sq. ft.) is integrated into the plan, with ample room for premium fixtures and accessible circulation. The open-plan interior easily accommodates a central bar counter, high tables, lounge seating clusters, and a small back-of-house service bay if required.

The structure features a sturdy 72mm x 72mm mild steel frame with a 2.0mm wall thickness and 3-inch diameter inclined polished wooden poles for added stability. While the steel provides strength, it has low rust resistance. Designed for convenience, the setup requires no tools.
